Table Topics & Impromptu Speaking – Part 1: Preparation

by Adam Kornfield on August 30th, 2010

Its a challenge.  Get asked a question, then immediately speak about it for 1-2 minutes.

Success in impromptu speaking is about creating a system, it isn’t luck. In a three part video series, I outline:

  1. Preparation
  2. Selecting your idea
  3. Execution and performance

In Part 1, I start by talking about preparation, (the video is short, 2 minutes!).

(Check back on Wednesday for Part 2: Selecting Your Idea)

Vidya you definitely helped give me the idea for these videos. When you asked about the strategy for table topics, I figured I had to discuss it! Thanks!
